You are a top-tier business analyst familiar with working in an Agile & Lean environment. In this team you will help us deliver digital experiences for new TELUS products & services launches. With a focus on developing relationships, you will support the delivery team by facilitating the team’s delivery process, helping to handle work in progress limits and deliver improvements to productivity.

You evaluate information captured from various sources, reconcile conflicts of information, break down high-level information into details, and clarify details for the team to understand how to define an optimal solution for TELUS customers. You work with teams to define customer experiences that balance both customer and business needs, clarifying business processes and systems requirements.

Here's how

  • Document and maintain all requirements received from Product Owners, the Development team and supporting teams
  • Drive impact assessments and grooming requirements for delivery
  • Adjust backlogs to reflect accurate scope, effort and priority information as it becomes available from business partners
  • Sequencing backlog items by stabilizing business needs and capability outcomes
  • Focus on strategic roadmap & delivery:
    • Running work flow capacity and velocity to effectively deliver against the roadmap
    • Raise process and systems issues that prevent delivery of value to our customers
    • Assist the team to determine impact of changes to supporting systems and across teams to deliver on go to market activities
    • Support tools and processes that make life easy for our Development team

  • 2-4 years of marketing, product management, project management, marketing and/or digital experience
  • Experience working in an Agile & Lean environment
  • Familiarity with content management system (CMS), Jira, quality assurance (QA) practices in order to support developers
