Job Title: Account Director, Hospitality Sales
Reports To: Manager, Hospitality
Status: Full Time/Exempt

Position Summary:
The Account Director, Hospitality will play a key role in developing strategic relationships with Hotel Owners, General Managers and Hospitality consultants while maintaining and expanding relationships within our strategically important large accounts. The primary sales focus is to increase revenue while offering all the services within the product portfolio including internet, Wi-Fi, video, phone, dark fiber, and transport service. Professionally address customer needs and making expert recommendations for services. The Account Director must be able to articulate the value proposition for Summit Broadband’s unique position in the Florida marketplace. Job Description:
Build and foster relationships with senior leaders with the most impactful hospitality brands
Expand strategic customer relationships to drive larger impact for the customer and deliver business outcomes
Sell the full suite of services to new and existing hospitality customers
Develop sales strategies for each sales opportunity and sales initiative, present solutions, follow up, close and maintain
Generate new lead sources through prospecting and networking
Create and maintain a 30, 60, and 90-day sales funnel with qualified opportunities within the CRM, Sales Force
Generate and sell high margin solutions by targeting on-net and near-net prospects
Qualify sales opportunities and align internal resources for proper sales support
Develop key sales skills by attending sales meetings and participating in sales training
Attend hotel association meetings and events
Meet or exceed monthly recurring revenue sales quota
Additional duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills required
Previous sales experience in technology field required
Experience building business partnerships through selling and consulting with large hospitality customers
Proven track record of creating, driving and delivering upon strategic account plans
Senior salesperson with extensive experience of winning large deals
Strong relationship building, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to achieve goals and determine priorities
Excellent written and oral communication skills required
Excellent presentation skills
Prior demonstrated success with over-achieving on sales objectives
Working knowledge of computers and experience with word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet software
Must be able to pass criminal, MVR, and drug testing
Must keep current auto insurance with 250,000/500,000 coverage at all times throughout employment and provide such proof of such insurance to Human Resources annually
