Summary
The Account Manager, Corporate Partnerships position is responsible for the overall management of assigned, existing corporate partnerships including: the development of new revenue opportunities, delivering bold and innovative marketing concepts and strategies that achieve partner objectives, and the creation of mutually beneficial market activation programs.

  • Develop and execute strategic and innovative brand programs to maximize partnership ROI

  • Proactive with the ability to demonstrate innovation and initiative

  • Work closely with supervisor and other members of the corporate partnerships team to achieve departmental goals and provide best in class programs

  • Proven relationship building and interpersonal skills

  • Effectively work and communicate across internal departments to maximize partnership success

  • Entertain and host corporate clients (existing and prospects)

  • Showcase strong leadership and strategy development skills

  • Impeccable attention to detail with a solutions oriented, problem solving mentality

  • Ability to multi-task, stay organized with strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work well in a team and independently

  • Performs other related duties as assigned


 


Education and/or Experience:



  • College degree preferred and/or 2-4 years of sponsorship/marketing or branding experience in fast paced, proactive and creative environment

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Regular availability during game times; evenings and weekends

  • Exceptional writing and presentation preparation skills

  • Client service experience is a MUST

  • Self- motivated, team player with strong work ethic

  • Demonstrated professionalism for this highly visible role

  • Ability to work in a deadline driven environment with minimal direction

  • Above requirement balanced by ability to determine when approval, direction or guidance is needed or essential

  • Creative, energetic, resourceful and RESULTS ORIENTED


 


Work Environment


This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and photocopiers.  The noise level is usually moderate but can be loud within the stadium environment. 


 


Physical Demands


The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is a largely sedentary role. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and focused vision. 


 


Position Type and Expected Hours of Work


Ability to work a flexible schedule, including; extended hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.


 


Travel


Rare travel maybe expected in this role.
