Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients in aerospace, automotive, and energy industries.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Conduct regular client check-ins to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and identify growth opportunities.
- Use CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track client interactions, manage accounts, and generate reports.
- Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments for leadership and sales teams.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and proposals for client meetings.
- Analyze client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve products and services.
Qualifications:
- Experience in client relationship management, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, aerospace, or automotive industries is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
