Job Overview

The Associate Business Systems analyst is a key member of the Business Systems team, responsible for supporting the business systems and processes within our fast paced, high growth business. The Associate Business Systems Analyst is responsible for managing the system support queue, providing resolutions and/or escalating to senior staff.

This is a remote work position.

Responsibilities

  • Manages queue of incoming issues and requests from end-users and stakeholders
  • Creating system and process documentation, system monitoring, user management, data cleanup, report and dashboard creation, enhancement testing, and training
  • Gathers initial root cause information and documents corrective actions to be taken
  • Assesses and resolves issues or escalates to the appropriate team members
  • Reviews incoming requests for new features and functionality and creates backlog project tickets
  • Works with stakeholders to develop business requirements/workflows
  • Identifies and documents deficiencies and resolutions/workarounds for known issues
  • Contributes to improvement of our business systems by providing constructive feedback and innovative ideas on processes, documentation, and functionality
  • Other duties as assigned such as special projects

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in a Business or IT related field
  • 1-3 years of experience using or administering Salesforce.com (Sales and Service Cloud)
  • Salesforce certifications a plus but not required
  • A passion for customer support
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills, relationship building and collaboration skills in a cross-functional team environment
  • Experience working with stakeholders and understanding business requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to operate with limited supervision and overcome obstacles
  • Experience with Agile methodology and JIRA a plus
  • Experience with other SaaS applications a plus (Zuora, Pardot)
  • Travel is limited for the role
