Our Automotive Sales Managers are responsible for optimizing customer retention and profitability in the sales domain, this position encompasses crucial finance functions in car deals, including deal closures and managing finance agreements. Additionally, responsibilities extend to recruitment, training, and performance management of sales personnel. By establishing and maintaining customer-centric sales standards, this role enhances market competitiveness and our “Believe in Nice” culture.
Automotive Sales Manager Compensation and Benefits:
Automotive Sales Manager Competitive Salary: Enjoy a base salary of $1,500 per month plus 2.75% new and used sales department gross commission, with expected monthly earnings ranging from $12,000 to $15,000, plus potential for additional income based on department profitability.
Generous Paid Time Off (PTO): We prioritize work-life balance, offering industry-leading PTO. New full-time employees accrue 4 hours per pay period, totaling approximately 96 hours in the first year, with increases over time.
