Requirements:

  • Ability to work California hours and United States holidays (you will receive paid time off for U.S. Holidays but will need to work during local holidays).

We have immediate openings for Remote Legal Assistants to join our team.


Relevant experience in legal or office settings is a must.

The Basic Job Duties of the position are as follows:



  • Client communication via phone, text and email (online)

  • Scheduling medical and court appointments

  • Maintaining the team calendar including scheduling appointments and other activities for the Attorney and Case Manager

  • Drafting and Proofreading general correspondence and court documents


This position is very busy and Legal Assistants spend a considerable amount of their day on the phones and interacting with clients, insurance adjusters, defense attorneys and court personnel.
