Customer Account Manager – Bobcat & Compact Equipment & Rental Fleet Coordinator
Desired Applicants:
Solution minded individual to assist customers with their agriculture equipment needs.
Active promoter of the business & machinery to work the Central Sales, Inc. Proven Process:
CULTIVATE
- Welcome customers to the dealership, introduce yourself and the business
- Get to know the customer and their needs
SOW
- Provide solutions to satisfy customers machinery needs that are profitable for both parties involved
NURTURE
- Stay in contact often, follow up after the sale
- Provide after-market solutions
- Parts Counter Sales & Parts Marketing of seasonal specials
- Service Coordination with Jamestown Service Department Manager
GROW
- Continue to learn about customer and discover additional needs and provide solutions
MATURE
- Both parties are reaping the rewards of the multi-unit partnership
Equipment Sales:
- Equipment features and use research & self-education
- Demonstrate and train customers on equipment features and use
- Create purchase orders for units with proper pricing & programs
- Submit customer credit applications for financing
- Delivery of sold units and pick up trade-ins
Rental Fleet Coordinator:
- Schedule and coordinate rental of units
- Collect rental pre-payments and rental insurance information
- Check in and review rental equipment post-rental
Wholegoods Team L10 Meetings:
- Attend & Participate in weekly wholegoods L10 Meeting
- Actively participate in the achievement of reaching Monthly/Annual Sales Goals
- Demonstrate & Promote core values of the dealership
- Participate in the development of the CSI Family & Team atmosphere
Hours:
- Off-Season Mon – Fri 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- In-Season Mon – Fri 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Sat (every other) 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
- On-Call After Hours Seasonally (Planting/Harvest)
Pay:
- Hourly Wage - Depends On Experience
- Negotiations starting at $18.00/hour
Monthly Sales Commission:
- Wholegoods Sales Commission = 10% of Gross Margin
Annual Year End Bonus:
- Sales/Goal based - up to 15% of wages
