Description

Based in Selly Oak, Birmingham, our client are looking for a Bookkeeper/Administrator to join their team on a full time basis.

They are a family fun business who are leading suppliers and installers of high quality double glazing windows, window fitting, doors and Curtain Walling in sectors such as Education, Homeowners and Commerical projects.



Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare VAT return
  • Reconcile bank weekly 
  • Maintain work in progress records (Spreadsheets)
  • Assist with management accounts
  • Maintain fixed asset register
  • Produce balance sheet reconciliations
  • Produce dialy & weekly KPI's 
  • Submit weekly cashflow

Purchase Ledger:

  • Work with Purchasing to approve invoices
  • Input invoices
  • Reconcile supplier payments
  • Create supplier payments
  • Liase with suppliers

Credit Control:

  • Chase customers
  • Create sales invoices
  • Create Accounts
  • Assist with Valuations
  • Verify credit insurance 

Wages:

  • Process weekly fitter wages
  • Process monthly staff wages
  • Process monthly factory wages
  • Reconcile control accounts
