BUILDING SERVICES ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Our client has an exciting opportunity
for an experienced Building Services Electrical Engineer to support the Facilities
Management team maintaining a Shopping Centre. This role is on a full-time
permanent basis based on site in the Lakeside Shopping Centre, Essex.

The purpose of the role is to maintain
the Centres systems as scheduled by the Computer Aided Facility Management
System. Focused (CAFM)on carrying out repairs to ensure optimum performance of
the shopping centre. The ideal candidate will be proactive on identifying and
maintaining any maintenance issues in accordance with engineering standards

Building Services Electrical Engineer - Offer:

·       Shift based 12-hour
shifts

o   4 on 4 off, 6 on 4 off,
4 on and 6 off

o   Alternating between 6-6
shifts and 9-9 shifts

·       Salary from £40k, with
shift allowance on top

·       Call out as well on a
rota

Building Services Electrical Engineer –
Duties:

• Carry out PPM as per
  the CAFM programme
  
• Test against
  engineering standards to ensure the effectiveness and reliability of plant
  and associated systems
  
• Ensure site all site
  procedures including electrical safety rules are in accordance to NICEIC certification
  
• Inspect the condition
  of services and proactively deal with callouts / repairs as required
  
• Carry out tasks within
  typical plant room environments
  

Building Services Electrical Engineer – Requirements:

·       NVQ Level 3
Engineering Maintenance – Electrical

·       IET 18^th Edition

·       A Minimum
of 3 years demonstrable experience as an electrician ideally in a maintenance
capacity

·       IOSH Safety
Passport

·       IT system literacy
