About the role:
The Business Manager will be a key player in supporting a high performing sales team. The role involves managing all aspects of the sales team, including campaign advertising and ensuring that advertising schedules, budgets, and property listings run smoothly and efficiently.
Previous experience in a real estate environment will be highly beneficial in this role, where a deep understanding of property marketing and administrative processes is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Management:
- Manage all correspondence and communications.
- Oversee and maintain up-to-date listing folders, calendars, and schedules.
- Monitor team performance, manage workloads, and ensure accuracy in operations.
- Host weekly team meetings and prepare meeting agendas.
- Organise team events and end-of-year functions.
- Assist with personal tasks and out-of-office duties as required.
- Screen and delegate calls, emails, and enquiries, ensuring seamless coordination between internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor team performance, manage workloads, and ensure accuracy in operations.
Campaign Management:
- Coordinate all aspects of campaign advertising, marketing, and property listings.
- Manage advertising schedules and budgets.
- Work with our wonderful Vendors in proofing all campaign marketing materials.
- Liaise with vendors, solicitors, and buyers to ensure seamless transaction processes.
- Manage calendars for inspections, auctions, and campaign meetings.
- Support and mentor other administrators with campaign management.
- Prepare new property files and reports on market and suburb trends.
- Craft pre-listing kits and listing presentations.
- Assemble inspection and auction packs.
- Perform real estate-specific administrative tasks and support the team with ad-hoc projects.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Experience in real estate systems and procedures.
- Ability to stay ahead of tasks with strong initiative and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong work ethic.
- Current driver’s license for occasional out-of-office duties.
- Experience in real estate advertising/administration is highly regarded
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Exceptional time management, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills
- Familiarity with Box + Dice is advantageous
