Role Description


This is a full-time in-office role for a Project Manager Civil Engineer. As a Project Manager Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for leading a team through planning, design, and other tasks about the project. You will work closely with the project team to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Lead a team of designers using ACAD and Civil 3D to create land development construction drawings.
  • Fully understanding and being responsible for entitlement approvals and obtaining grading permits, encroachment permits, and
  • Manage projects (ie: High-Density Residential, Shopping Centers, Auto Dealerships, Gas Stations, Amusement Parks, and QSR developments) production of civil engineering plans for QA/QC and is responsible for project budgets.
  • Establish and oversee design criteria while following general design standards.
  • Lead a team of associate and design engineers with and efficient and effective problem-solving management style.
  • Establish project parameters that ensure prompt and quality plans that are delivered on time.
  • Work directly with the Principal to produce accurate and competitive proposals and business development


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • 5+ years in Land Development
  • Client, Project, and Team Management Skills
  • No Sponsorship - some government work required - must be US Citizen.
  • Ability to multitask

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD
  • EIT and Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
