Moore & Van Allen PLLC, a dynamic and fast-growing full-service law firm of more than 400 attorneys and professionals, is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join its Charlotte, NC office. This full-time position, under the direction of an attorney will assist with commercial real estate closings, review title and survey, revise and review lease amendments, non-disturbance agreements and other documents; organize and maintain files; and prepare closing documents. The ideal candidate will possess a four year degree (or the equivalent), with at least three years of extensive commercial real estate experience in a paralegal role. Paralegal certification preferred; Must have strong communication and problem-solving skills, work independently, be professional, self-motivated and a team player with strong MS Outlook, Word and Excel skills.  


Physical Requirements: 



  • The work is primarily sedentary.

  • It requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.

  • The work requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.

  • The work at times requires bending, squatting, and reaching, with the ability to lift, carry, push, or pull light weights.


 


This position may require the incumbent to work more than 37.5 hours per week to complete essential duties.
