Responsibilities:

  • Complete daily, weekly and monthly reporting following the agency’s or municipality’s documentation processes (including quantity calculations for payment, field book entry, etc.)
  • Perform quantity take-offs and estimates requiring the ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications
  • Layout or verify construction layout according to the contract drawings and documents
  • Assist the project-specific Client Supervisor or other members of the project team with various engineering tasks as needed. 

Skills and Experience:

  • BS in Civil Engineering
  • 0-3 years experience in the field. 
  • EIT certification a plus. 
  • The candidate may be required to obtain additional job-related certifications as necessary. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking skills.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Be versatile and service-oriented.
  • Computer literacy.
  • The ability to lift 25 pounds.
  • The ability to traverse uneven terrain/moderate climbing.
