Our client, located in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join their team
Duties Include:
o Receivables reports, client follow-ups and statement sending
o Payables approval with Project Managers and Superintendents
o Communicate cost and job posting changes
o Invoicing jobs
o Job setups
o Attend site meetings with Project Managers & Superintendents; create to-do lists as
necessary
o Open permits and call in inspections as necessary
o Print job scopes and project details for field staff
o Assist management with scheduling field staff weekly
o Check jobs for completed lead tests
Administrative Duties:
o Assist with estimates
o Assist with general insurance forms, bank forms and licenses
o Pricing requests to vendors and subcontractors
o Follow up to vendors and subcontractors on requested estimates
o Manage approved subcontractor list
o Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional
publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
Qualifications:
• Custom residential construction experience a plus (renovations and/or new construction)
• Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook experience
• QuickBooks experience a plus
• Ability to read blue prints
Salary in the $50K to $60K range plus excellent benefits
