As we expand our client network, we are seeking a dynamic and proactive Account Staffing Manager to join our team. This person will play an important staffing role nationally as well go into new markets inclusive of California, Nevada, Washington and Michigan, and Indiana.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This role will act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing exceptional service to enhance the client experience while driving business results.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts.
Responsible for overseeing recruiting and staffing for assigned accounts.
Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services.
Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Prepare regular reports on account status, performance metrics, and growth opportunities.
Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
Recruiting and Staffing experience in trades industry.
Proven experience in account management or a similar role.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques and conducting interviews
Ability to travel to events and meetings
Experience working across multiple states and timezones
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
