ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the overall contracts and billing processes including invoicing, ensuring contracts are up to date and working closely with our teams and clients.

The role offers on the job training to familiarise you with our systems and processes and you’ll be encouraged to bring your expertise to continually improve these processes and seek out efficiencies.

This role can be based in our Wodonga, Wagga Wagga or Leeton offices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Work collaboratively with our internal teams to produce timely and accurate billing for our managed services
  • Manage, monitor, and invoice service contracts and agreements
  • Gather supporting documentation and check information for accuracy
  • Prepare and compile monthly reports and statements
  • Assist in stock procurement
  • Liaise with external stakeholders and clients, providing advice, support, and information
  • Provide administrative support to internal teams
  • Maintain internal systems and document management processes
  • Share your thoughts and ideas around improving internal processes and efficiencies across the company

ABOUT YOU

  • Strong financial administration skills, with a preference for candidates holding at least a Certificate level qualification in Business Administration, Contracts Management, Finance, or a related field
  • High level of attention to detail, problem solving skills and drive for finding process improvements
  • Proficiency in using accounting software (like JIM2, Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks) and contract management systems as well as the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • A customer-focused mindset with proven experience in engaging with stakeholders and liaising with multiple internal teams.
