BCI Technologies is currently seeking a Control Systems Programmer. The Control Systems Programmer will design and create submittal packages for projects. They will create these packages by reading and understanding project plans and specifications, creating a Theory of Operation writeup, writing the PLC code, writing the SCADA code, creating a User Manual, creating a Functional Testing Procedure. The submittal package will be built using a PFD indexed document. The Systems Programmer will also go into the field to help test the installed system and make any necessary programming changes.


Skill Set:



  • Understand Water and Wastewater theory of operations

  • Read and Understand project Specifications and Drawings

  • Know how to program Allen-Bradley PLCs (RSLogix, Studio 5000, etc.)

  • Know how to program a Modicon PLCs (Proworx, Unity, etc.)

  • Know how to program different SCADA system (CitectSCADA, Rockwell, iFix, etc.)

  • Know how to use Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)

  • Know how to building and modifying PDF files
