Coordinator, Human Resources

Position Summary 

The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for providing day to day administrative support for the Human Resources department. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • HRIS Data Administration 
  • Recruiting Administrative Support
  • Employee On-Boarding & New Hire Orientation
  • Responding to Employee Inquiries
  • Basic Reporting
  • HR Communications
  • Work on special assignments as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

  • Approachable and responsive resource able to connect with employees at all levels
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet specific, time sensitive tasks within a fast paced environment
  • Comfortable with high volume workload and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong internal and external customer service focus, with a genuine desire to assist others
  • Solid presentation skills and facilitation experience to effectively deliver a variety of HR-related programs 
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail required

Education and Experience 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. 
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in HR
  • Proficiency with HR systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office (strong Excel and Power Point skills preferred)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Travel Requirements 

  • Typically requires travel less than 5% of the time

Physical Requirements and Work Environment 

  • This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment
  • Work may be performed in a clean room environment and follow the guidelines established for such an environment
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to sit or stand for long periods of time
