Job Description:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a recruiter who will be responsible for identifying and sourcing candidates and supporting their recruitment lifecycle for various corporate positions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Utilizing a variety of sourcing techniques to screen, identify, and select qualified candidates
Source candidates via database, Internet, cold calling, networking, and other creative sourcing techniques to
generate qualified candidates.
Write and post job descriptions to company websites and Internet job boards.
Assist hiring managers with defining and validating key position requirements across multiple skill sets
Develop and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified candidates resulting in a steady flow of prospective hires.
Thoroughly screen candidates for qualification to positions based on job description and position requirements.
Verify candidates; references.
Evaluate, negotiate, and extend offers to candidates.
Proactively identify recruiting process enhancements to ensure strong candidate pipelines.
Position Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in IT service recruiting, preferably with Federal Government experience. .
Bachelorβs degree is required.
Proficient with MS Office and familiar with ATS tools
