Job Description:

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a recruiter who will be responsible for identifying and sourcing candidates and supporting their recruitment lifecycle for various corporate positions.

Roles and Responsibilities:



  • Utilizing a variety of sourcing techniques to screen, identify, and select qualified candidates


  • Source candidates via database, Internet, cold calling, networking, and other creative sourcing techniques to


  • generate qualified candidates.


  • Write and post job descriptions to company websites and Internet job boards.


  • Assist hiring managers with defining and validating key position requirements across multiple skill sets


  • Develop and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified candidates resulting in a steady flow of prospective hires.


  • Thoroughly screen candidates for qualification to positions based on job description and position requirements.


  • Verify candidates; references.


  • Evaluate, negotiate, and extend offers to candidates.


  • Proactively identify recruiting process enhancements to ensure strong candidate pipelines.









Requirements

Position Requirements:



  • 2-4 years of experience in IT service recruiting, preferably with Federal Government experience. .


  • Bachelor’s degree is required.


  • Proficient with MS Office and familiar with ATS tools
