E-Space has an immediate opening for a Corporate Paralegal!
 
This Corporate Paralegal will join the legal and regulatory teams and report to both the General Counsel and the Vice President, Global Affairs & Stakeholder Relations.
 
Your primary functions will revolve around providing overall support to the legal and global affairs teams on various legal, regulatory, and administrative projects, such as document retention, contract management, and regulatory compliance.

What you will do:

    • Assist with the execution of document retention phases for various projects such as contract lifecycle and the organization of global affairs communications/documents in Teams/Sharepoint
    • Support the team with contract review, including initial support for non-disclosure agreements and procurement terms and conditions
    • Collaborate closely with the legal team to provide support, ensuring all tasks are handled efficiently
    • Help implement a contract management/maintenance structure
    • Maintenance of corporate legal and regulatory templates
    • Act as a point of contact for inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses
    • Perform other related duties as assigned by the management
    • Track and maintain regulatory filings and conditions on licenses

What you bring to this role:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate paralegal role or similar legal capacity with exposure to contracts management
    • Familiarity with entity formation and maintenance
    • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Familiarity with government contracts and contract administration is preferred
