We are looking for a high-energy, team player to join our team as a Customer Service Account Manager for our Custom and Production Builder Division in Sugar Hill, GA.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Initial contact for builders and field managers with questions.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Processing new construction takeoffs using RFMS Measure estimating software.
  • Developing preliminary quotes for upcoming jobs using RFMS.
  • Assisting with new construction design appointments when needed.
  • Create new construction work orders for upcoming builder jobs and custom homes using PowerPoint and Adobe.
  • Assisting field managers with scheduling needed punch work.
  • Assisting with the management of new construction accounts.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a service representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Experience with RFMS, Adobe, PowerPoint, and RFMS Measuer is a plus!
  • Ability to communicate with customers in a professional setting and provide knowledge about products and/or installation methods to ensure customers understand HFD processes and procedures.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of individuals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
