COMPLY seeks a Customer Support Representative to manage client account activations and provide exceptional support for their compliance software platform. In this remote position, you'll work with Technical Support and Product teams to implement solutions and ensure customer success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred)
- 0-3 years of work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong data analysis and interpretation abilities
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred
- Available for East Coast shifts (8AM-4PM, 9AM-5PM, or 10AM-6PM EST)
- High-volume call center or customer support experience a plus
- Located in the United States
Duties
- Set up and configure new client accounts in the COMPLY platform
- Review and interpret data from various sources, ensuring accurate platform uploads
- Manage multiple customer account implementations simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Handle support cases in a high-volume environment with quick response times
- Collaborate with Technical Support and Product Development teams to advocate for customer needs
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely updates to clients on project status
