Our client's early years education and care service is centrally located near local shops and primary schools and has garnered an outstanding reputation within the community. About the role


As an Early Childhood Teacher, you'll inspire a love of learning in children and foster their development through purposeful, intentional teaching practices delivered with creativity and energy. You will also build meaningful relationships with families so that each child has a strong sense of belonging that supports their thriving.


Your love of teaching will be reflected in how you mentor and guide educational practices in your room and in your work with the broader centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs to ensure you're achieving optimal outcomes for our children.


What you will need


  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA Approved equivalent
  • Teacher registration
  • Ideally, two years of experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher in a similar setting
  • Critically reflect on your professional practice using evidence, including feedback from children, colleagues, and families.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Positive 'can do' attitude and willingness to have fun!
  • Professional presentation and high levels of organisation
  • Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQF
