Key Hyundai of Milford is seeking an experienced Automotive Warranty Administrator to join our team. As a Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for processing warranty claims, ensuring accurate documentation, and managing timely reimbursement from manufacturers. This role requires a deep understanding of warranty procedures, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to maintain strong relationships with manufacturers.
Responsibilities:
- Process warranty claims accurately and efficiently
- Verify warranty coverage and eligibility
- Review and validate repair orders and supporting documentation
- Communicate and coordinate with manufacturers regarding claim status and outstanding issues
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and submitted on time
- Maintain accurate and organized records of warranty claims
- Follow up on outstanding claims and resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Stay up to date with manufacturer's warranty policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an Automotive Warranty Administrator
- Strong knowledge of warranty procedures and guidelines
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in using warranty claim processing software
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to maintain professional relationships with manufacturers
- Highly organized and able to meet deadlines
