Facility Maintenance Technician

This is a temporary position that could become a full time benefited position.

Background Check, Drug Screen and Driver's Report Required.

Shift: 5am - 1:30pm

Some overtime and weekend work

Responsibilities:

Assists in the maintenance of the warehouse. This includes general maintenance, upkeep, repairs, housekeeping, and improvements of the building. Make repairs and changes to configurations in the warehouse, includes: painting, moving furniture, relocating signs, drywall, basic plumbing, basic electrical, etc. Perform physical inspections and preventative maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency/ time management skills
• Must have strong verbal communications skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Must be able to lift up to 75lbs
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and schematics
• Experience with troubleshooting simple repairs Knowledge of preventive maintenance techniques to ensure equipment reliability
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining various power tools.
