This position provides overall leadership, direction, guidance in program planning, management and administration of Health Promotion and Chronic Disease (HPCD) CDC funded Cardiovascular grant. This position assists in the development of Statements of Works, and managing reports collected from subcontractors. This position also assists in identifying funding opportunities from national and other public or private resources. This position also assists in representing the division at partner meetings and other conferences and training.

Training:Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited four-year college or university.
