  4. Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities for upselling additional hospitality services, packages, and experiences to enhance client satisfaction and maximize commission opportunities.

  5. Collaboration: Work closely with hotel partners, restaurants, entertainment venues, and other hospitality providers to coordinate services, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, best practices, and trends.
  • Ability to work virtually and independently while providing high-quality hospitality services to clients.
