Our specialty is using a blend of integrated behavioral health program services that meet the needs of children, adolescents, families, and adults and providing services in the community.


 


LAMOUR Adult Daycare and Adult Day Health Programs were developed to provide an essential link between the community, the health care and human services system. Our staff are multicultural healthcare providers that speak and understand the cultural needs of the community. Our specialty is using a blend of behavioral health and home and community-based support services for adults with disabilities. Patients and their families are provided services that monitor the healthcare needs that kept them living in their communities, improve daily living and build skills that meet their needs.


 


Boston Community Technical School Education Pathways Programs was developed to provide an essential link between the Community and Education system. Our staff are multicultural educational providers that speak and understand the cultural needs of the community and students. Our students are a blend of English as a second language and English as a first language. Our Pathways programs work with high schools, community colleges, and state and private universities to train individuals into direct clinical or field base practice of soft, hard and advanced level skills. This level of practice-based field education prepares youth and adults individuals with the technical competencies, academic knowledge, and employable skills essential in the Social Services, human services healthcare workforce.


 


Youth Development Early Learning Center and Preschool


A Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care and Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education as a special education day program. Serving students with diagnoses of serious emotional disturbance (SED) and intellectual developmental disability (IDD), with a specific emphasis on cultural responsiveness. We offer a range of community based program services at links back to our clinic community based program In-Home Behavioral (IHB), In-Home Therapy (IHT), Therapeutic Mentoring (TM). We provide preventive care services that help families establish strong and stable foundations.

LOCATION:


Main office in Braintree and Randolph, Massachusetts with satellite locations in Massachusetts. Administrative staff can be designated to work at any of our office sites within the regions we cover based on positions that are available and travel is required at times.


 


JOB SUMMARY:


The Human Capital Workforce Development Recruiter leads recruitment within the Human Resource Department, supports, develops and executes strategies that are intended for recruitment of Boston Community Technical School Staff, Healthcare programs and departments staff. Oversee All Recruiter and works with Human Resource Assistant regarding accreditation and credentials of new hires and maintain compliance with the requirements of personnel files using the digital platform. Forms relationships with various stakeholders from the community, colleges, and universities, adult learning centers, high schools, vocational High schools, generate business partnership opportunities for recruitment and training. Oversee the practical implementation of unique, targeted strategies that help get maximum return from various recruitment campaigns. Implements strategic growth initiative by working closely with administrative leadership to identify, recruit and employ only the highest quality Behavioral Healthcare clinicians, physicians and physician assistants. The department works with internal and external customers to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process.


 


QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED AND EXPERIENCE:


Bachelors ’s degree in marketing, business administration, Healthcare administration, communications or Human Services with a proven record of progressive leadership experience. Minimum 5+ years of experience recruiting administrative, Health and Human Service operations, and Human resources professionals.

  • Must have experience working with diverse populations, and recruiting diverse populations




  • Must have experience working in implementing recruiting strategies, building strong relationships with stakeholders




  • Must be a continuous learner, self-starter, and confident in their recruitment abilities




  • Must be self-reflective, open to feedback, and able to speak transparently in order to achieve buy-in




  • Must have advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook. and Google Suite.




  • Must be able to manage confidential and sensitive information




  • Must have reliable vehicle to travel to multiple sites, career and college fairs, and community engagement events




  • Must be able to occasionally work late and/or long hours in order to attend events and/or meet other recruitment needs




  • Must be able to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing strategies




  • Must be able to manage and direct staff




  • Must have Cultural and Linguistic competence, Bilingual a plus; Haitian Creole, Portuguese Creole, Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese, Cambodian




 


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:




  • Lead in strategy development and execution support for the company’s developing innovative recruitment strategies, building healthy pipelines and talent pools, and streamlining processes and creating efficiencies to improve ongoing work




  • Develops organization strategies by identifying and contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction, establishing recruitment objectives in line with organizational objectives.




  • Lead in strategy presenting the company’s public relations/communications for recruitment




  • Assists social media management projects, events, and community management for recruitment




  • Manage ongoing relationship/communication with candidates and stakeholders




  • Effectively influence decision-makers to promote the company’s brand to attract candidates for recruitment




  • Assistant with oversee and accreditation for employees and Human Resources Department




  • Provide overall business leadership for the capacity building, ensuring business staffing department key performance indicators regarding Workforce Development needs.




  • Mainly responsible for assistant with Human Resources Department tasks and duties.




  • Mainly responsible for recruiting staff for programs and students as direct care staff and administrative staff from the community based on the company's needs and developing relationships with the communities.




  • Acts as a Workforce Development Coordinator and Partnership Manager to development stakeholder to address companies growing workforce scales up needs.




  • Develops and executes recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and hire quality and qualified healthcare professionals who meet the required credentials, qualifications for hiring.




  • Oversee accreditation and credentials of new hires and maintain compliance with the requirements of personnel files us digital platform




  • Oversee all Recruiters and or Human Resource Assistant to ensure management of recruitment websites and digital platforms




  • Collaborate with leadership on recruitment strategies to develop talent pipeline for training and hiring




  • Manages and directs Human resources Assistant




  • Plan, develop, implement, and coordinate comprehensive communication for recruitment




  • Maintain current knowledge of recruitment trends and networks' best practices, policies, and processes.




  • Create, develop and carry-out recruitment to be updated and implemented annually




  • Cultivate new recruitment partnerships




  • Plan and implement a capital campaign for recruitment




  • Set recruitment campaign goals, regularly evaluate success, and adjust tactics as needed.

SALARY & BENEFITS:




  • $1000 per Month After 60 days increase based on KIP monthly the hire after training




  • $25-$30 per hour depending on experience




  • Part- time Flexible Schedule




*Must however be willing to work mornings and evenings until, and some weekends.
