We are searching for a qualified Bilingual (English/Spanish) HR Assistant to provide administrative support to our Human Resources department. Reporting to the Director of People and Culture, the assistant will help with recruiting, training, employee engagement and administrative tasks. The assistant will also act as the primary liaison between the department and other employees.




  • Assist with recruiting tasks such as reviewing resumes, conducting and scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates



  • Coordinate and facilitate orientation and training sessions for new employees

  • Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries

  • Prepare and distribute correspondence and communications

  • plan and coordinate employee events such as recognition awards


  • Compile and process employee documentation and records, and keep the employee database up to date




Education, Qualifications and Experience



  • Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)

  • General knowledge of HR practices and procedures.

  • Previous HR experience preferred

  • Highly computer literate with solid experience of word processing, spreadsheet and database applications
