NOTICE OF VACANCY
Position: HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT TO ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT
Location: CENTRAL OFFICE of the Guilford Public Schools
Description: A non-certified, non-bargaining unit, 12-month position that reports directly to the Assistant Superintendent of Schools. This fast-paced position requires strong organizational and communication skills including the ability to interact well with others and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Education and/or Experience:
Experience using, Excel, Word and the Google platform, required
Experience with MUNIS, preferred
Experience using human resource-related software programs preferred:
(Frontline Recruiting and Hiring, RedRover Absence & Substitute Program, Indeed)
Experience working in an administrative office or human resource position, strongly preferred
Experience coordinating meetings and keeping track of Assistant Superintendent’s calendar
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to work independently
Strong communication and writing skills
The ability to meet deadlines
The ability to create and maintain accurate records and documents
The ability to maintain confidentiality
Responsible to: Assistant Superintendent of Operations
Work Period: Full year, 8 hours per day, non-union position with benefits
(8-hour day will include 30-minute unpaid lunch)
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Closing Date: Open until filled
Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 as determined by the Superintendent based on qualifications and level of Human Resource experience
