What you bring to SBHG :
Education & Experience -
High school graduate or equivalent plus two (2) years of experience working in human resources or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) required
Experience with HRIS preferred
License or Certification -
Valid California Driver’s License
How you will make a difference:
Under general supervision of the Regional HR Manager, the HR Coordinator performs a wide variety of human resources tasks and provides general HR services to management and staff. This includes handling the day-to-day functions in human resources including acting as a liaison with the HR shared services teams, providing HR policy/procedure interpretation and guidance, compiling sensitive data/statistics and preparing reports, maintaining personnel and other HR department documents and files, and entering and maintaining accurate data in the HRIS. This position may also assist with benefits, workers compensation and HR training as needed. The HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development of a positive working environment to enhance HR success and reduce legal risks. Handling extensive personal and confidential information is an essential job function of this position. Travel within the region will be required.
