The Human Resources Reporting Analyst will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decisions within our organization. This role will focus on leveraging HR data to identify trends, analyze performance, and provide valuable insights to support strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Develop, maintain, and distribute a wide range of HR reports and dashboards (e.g., workforce analytics, employee turnover, compensation analysis, diversity & inclusion metrics).
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate findings effectively to HR leadership and stakeholders.
- HRIS System Expertise:
- Gain proficiency in our HRIS system (UltiPro preferred, but not required).
- Assist with data integrity and system maintenance as needed.
- Project Support:
- Collaborate on HR projects that involve data analysis and reporting.
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives based on data-driven insights.
- Data Visualization:
- Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create compelling and easy-to-understand reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (preferred).
- Experience with HRIS systems (UltiPro, UKG Pro, Workday, etc.) a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
