Purpose: The human resource representative performs duties at the professional level in some or all of the following functional areas: administrative assistance, employee & visitor communication. This position requires an extremely perceptive person who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels within the organization and those visiting the organization. The representative must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the business needs.
General Duties:
Perform receptionist duties: fielding calls, general email requests, visitor check-ins
Coordinate with Security team for daily security guard coverage
Field and communicate messages from the employee call-in line
Maintain office supply inventory for HR
Assist employees with general questions
Electronic and physical filing for HR records as needed
Communication of canteen service concerns
Manage company vehicle fleet, which includes data entry, car maintenance scheduling, and reservations
Oversee company travel booking
Pick up company mail
Help check in visitors with Lobby Fox system, book conference rooms and plan lunches as needed
Perform other duties as required
Requires occasional physical activity throughout shift (except breaks and lunch) such as walking, sitting, standing, bending, stooping, squatting, reaching, handling, near/far vision, pushing, pulling, carrying, and lifting objects weighing up to 50 lbs.

Requirements:
High School Degree (or G.E.D. equivalent) required.
One to three years of experience working in an administrative role or related field (or similar experience) preferred.
