Our client in the advertising industry is looking for a Hybrid Media Buyer to add to their team in Los Angeles, CA or New York, NY. In this role, you will manage, negotiate, and execute direct response, traditional, and network media buys while leveraging cutting-edge strategies and tools to optimize campaigns. You will be responsible for managing each market you are assigned and leveraging available media research to improve buying strategies. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of media buying experience, excels in collaboration, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. [Hybrid] Media Buyer (Audio Media Buying exp. req) Responsibilities
• Manage media campaigns across direct response, traditional, and network platforms
• Strategize and execute media buys to maximize ROI and client goals
• Negotiate remnant and traditional audio spot and network rates
• Utilize media buying software (e.g., Strata) to allocate and optimize budgets
• Reconcile station invoices and resolve discrepancies
• Collaborate with account managers to establish campaign KPIs and client goals
• Track budgets and performance, delivering clear, actionable client reporting
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors and partners

• 3+ years of Audio Media Buying experience required
• 2+ years of direct response, Traditional, and Network buying experience required
• 1+ years of Agency experience required
• Proficiency with media buying software and analytics tools required
• Experience managing budgets and optimizing for ROI required
