Brief
We are currently looking to recruit a talented Infrastructure Projects lawyer with 2-7 years PQE to join our expanding Projects Team in our Edinburgh or Glasgow office.
Our Team
Leveraging a comprehensive network that spans Europe, Africa, The Gulf and Asia Pacific, the projects practice at Pinsent Masons LLP offers specialists in all of the key sub-sectors including energy, infrastructure, and real estate developments. The Tier 1 Scottish infrastructure team (key partners Stuart Barr and Victoria Miller) is highly active across the UK and Ireland, advising a broad mix of private and public sector clients on infrastructure projects across all markets. Our work ranges from procurement/bid phase, through construction, into operation and now onto handback and expiry. Legal Director Chris Owens specialises in student accommodation DBFO procurements and regularly advises both Universities and private sector clients.

The Candidate Required
We are now looking to appoint an ambitious qualified lawyer with 2-7 years PQE who wishes to advance their abilities in Infrastructure Projects, and knowledge at a top tier international law practice. The successful applicant will primarily support Chris on student accommodation projects but may also be involved in district heating projects, University-focussed net zero initiatives and will be expected to support the wider Scottish team on PPP and general infrastructure projects across the UK and Ireland. The successful applicant will also benefit from opportunities to travel to university campuses around the UK.
