Interior Construction - Project Manager - Fort Lauderdale

5-10+ years related industry experience

Role Summary:
Responsible for client strategy, solutions oversight, client sign-offs, design manager oversight (project-level),
construction meeting leadership, on-site field project management, punch-free work sites, client walkthroughs, client
move-ins, and day two accountability.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the resources to ensure timely, on-target and quality deliverables


• Match client needs to appropriate solutions


• Plan the project scope, schedule, resources and dependencies


• Qualify an opportunity and requalify it throughout the process


• Identify potential opportunities through client relationships


• Manage all aspects of the sale, closure and delivery of a transaction through direct and indirect influence
