About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lawyer to join our NSW Estate Litigation Team. This is a full-time, contract position based in our Sydney CBD office. Reporting to the QLD/NSW Estate Litigation Leader and supported by a broader team, you will be responsible for: 

  • Estate litigation, including family provision claims and contested probate claims
  • Breach of trust and financial elder abuse matters

The experience we are looking for

  • 2-5 years PAE within Wills & Estates Litigation
  • Experience in NSW Wills & Estates practice and procedure
  • Some exposure to Queensland Wills & Estates experience is desirable but not essential
  • Strong legal, commercial, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong client and relationship building skills
  • Strong client service focus and a passion for helping people
  • Excellent organisation skills and an ability to multi-task
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to provide leadership and guidance to the wider team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
