Job Description

As the Lead Business Systems Analyst for WMOS - Manhattan within the Supply Chain Systems team at Vuori, you will play a crucial role in implementing and supporting our new warehouse management system (WMS) from Manhattan Associates in our existing and future distribution centers.  Your deep expertise implementing and supporting Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management for Open Systems (WMOS) configurations, extensions, and integrations will help ensure efficient and reliable distribution center operations.  Depending on your experience/expertise and capacity to learn and grow, you will have the opportunity to implement solutions and provide support within/across the full breadth of WMOS functionality (e.g. Inbound, Outbound, Inventory Management, Transportation Management, Slotting, Labor Management, etc.), Supply Chain Intelligence (SCI), Locus Robotics (AMRs), as well as integrations with our ERP system and ecommerce platform.  Your business acumen, techno-functional systems knowledge, excellent problem-solving abilities and focus on delivering and supporting complete, high-quality solutions, will allow you to deliver significant value and learn new skills as Vuori continues to expand and improve its enterprise technology portfolio.

Qualifications

What you’ll get to do: 

  • Align Solutions with Business Goals: Ensure that the WMS, its various modules, and other warehouse solutions function in alignment and support of Vuori's broader business objectives, vision and strategy. 
  • Deliver and Support System Integrations and Extensions: Extend, integrate and support warehouse management systems and other enterprise business applications in alignment with the needs of the business. 
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Complex Issues: Support end users by providing leadership while troubleshooting and resolving production issues within and across WMOS, Locus Robotics and other warehouse applications. 
  • Optimize Business Processes: Utilize your deep knowledge of distribution center operations and MAWM functionality to optimize business processes and system performance. 
  • Collaborate with Key Stakeholders: Work closely with warehouse and operations team members, fellow business systems analysts, and the Sr. Director, Supply Chain Systems providing insights on system requirements, design, and implementation strategies. 
  • Share Knowledge and Best Practices: Promote knowledge and use of best practices, especially around distribution center operations and warehouse management systems. 
  • Documentation and Compliance: Ensure meticulous documentation of system changes, customizations, and configurations for future reference and compliance. 
  • Focus on Quality:  In collaboration with Super Users and Technology QA teams, ensure all systems changes are rigorously tested to prevent production defects, and develop repeatable processes to drive efficiency, predictability, and continuous improvement into enterprise QA processes. 
  • Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of cloud architecture, warehouse management systems, material handling equipment and automation, and industry trends to ensure Vuori is at the forefront of technological advancements. 

Who you are: 

  • Leadership and Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to take on complex assignments, deliver complete solutions, demonstrate ownership and attention to detail, and work collaboratively with business and technology stakeholders from all levels of the organization. 
  • Business Systems Analyst Experience:  7+ years of experience with progressive responsibility in WMS implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing and support activities. 
  • Experience in Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management for Open Systems (WMOS) At least 3 years of hands-on configuration and testing experience, including troubleshooting and resolving defects. 
  • Integration Experience: The ability to read and evaluate data payloads. Knowledge of Manhattan Integration Framework (MIF) and RESTful APIs to integrate WMOS with other systems.   
  • Technical Skills:  Experience with MarkMagic for labels, Supply Chain Intelligence (SCI) for operational reporting, and ProActive for application extensions. Familiarity with WMOS microservices architecture and Cloud Computing (MS Azure) is a plus. 
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience within apparel and/or consumer-packaged-goods industry is highly desired; knowledge and experience within retail, wholesale and direct fulfillment and omni-channel customer service is also highly desired. 
  • Agile Methodology and IT Service Management: Experienced in using Agile delivery methods and Atlassian Jira in performing solution delivery and production support activities. 
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, information systems, computer science, software engineering or a relevant field. 
  • Communication Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Applicants should expect to be in the office 4+ days per week. 
  • Occasional (~10%) travel to/from our Distribution Centers is required.

The salary range for this role is $140,000 per year - $155,000 per year.
