THE COMPANY:

a well-established specialist Legal Practice with a focus on excellence and

seeking a Legal Assistant to join their team.
KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide
comprehensive administrative support to the legal team, including document
preparation, filing, and scheduling.
- Assist with
case management by organising and maintaining client files and records.
- Conduct legal
research and gather relevant information for cases.
- Liaise with
clients, external agencies and other stakeholders professionally and
efficiently.
- Assist in
drafting legal documents, correspondence and reports.
- Manage incoming
communications and prioritise tasks effectively.
Requirements
ABOUT YOU:
- Previous
experience of working in a Legal Practice is preferred.
- Excellent
organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written
and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in
MS Office and legal software.
- Ability to work
well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A proactive
attitude and willingness to learn.
