Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Salary: Up to £28,000

40 hours per week

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our clients fun and dynamic team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education for young children in a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education


• Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework


• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills


• A passion for working with young children and supporting their development


• Commitment to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all children and families


• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the wider team

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver a range of activities that support the development of children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)


• Create a stimulating and engaging environment that promotes learning through play


• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues


• Observe and assess children's development and progress, and use this information to plan future activities and support


• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care


• Work in partnership with parents to support their child's learning and development


• Contribute to the overall running of the nursery, including attending staff meetings and participating in professional development opportunities
