Salary: $70,000 - $95,000+ (determined based on yrs of exp) + Monthly Production Bonus + Benefits

Litigation Paralegal Description
Our client, an award-winning law firm, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to add to their team in Jacksonville, FL. In this role, you will support multiple attorneys with all aspects of litigation, from client intake through trial preparation. You will accomplish this by drafting legal documents, managing and coordinating court deadlines and scheduling, preparing attorneys for proceedings, and special projects as assigned. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation and be capable of prioritizing tasks while managing tight deadlines. Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities
• Draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery requests
• Manage case files and ensure all documentation is properly filed and accessible
• Conduct legal research to support case strategy development
• Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and other court-related appointments
• Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, including organizing exhibits and other trial materials
• Perform client intakes, open new matters, and manage workflow for assigned cases
• Support attorneys in non-billable efforts such as managing purchase orders and shared calendars
Litigation Paralegal Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience as a legal assistant/paralegal required
• 2+ years of litigation experience required
• Experience with electronic filing in federal and state courts required
• Experience with drafting legal documents and managing case files required
• Proficiency with legal research databases (e.g., LexisNexis, Westlaw) required
