Machine Operator

Position Summary

Perform duties to simultaneously operate multiple machines in the production. Safely performs position specific responsibilities to ensure a high level of productivity, quality and internal and external customer service while adhering to all relevant company policies and procedures.  Identifies and recommends process improvements to streamline and increase efficiency of existing programs. 

Primary Roles and Responsibilities

• Work from written and verbal instructions
• Feed machines with tickets; watch for jams in machines; make necessary adjustments.
• Collect finished tickets, ensuring bags have the correct set of the same serial numbers.
• Count and inspect tickets for accuracy, serialization and count, repair damaged tickets.
• Distribute the games as needed.
• Clean and lubricate machines; add glue to glue trays; change tape and wire.
• Exercise proper care in the use of tools, equipment, and materials
• Detect and report faulty equipment, defective material, improper operations, and unusual conditions to supervision.
• Observe all prescribed safety rules and regulations and maintain the work area in a neat and orderly condition.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience and Education

• High school diploma / GED equivalent

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs with assistance.
