Position Summary


Perform duties to simultaneously operate multiple machines in the production. Safely performs position specific responsibilities to ensure a high level of productivity, quality and internal and external customer service while adhering to all relevant company policies and procedures. Β Identifies and recommends process improvements to streamline and increase efficiency of existing programs.Β 


Primary Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work from written and verbal instructions
  • Feed machines with tickets; watch for jams in machines; make necessary adjustments.
  • Collect finished tickets, ensuring bags have the correct set of the same serial numbers.
  • Count and inspect tickets for accuracy, serialization and count, repair damaged tickets.
  • Distribute the games as needed.
  • Clean and lubricate machines; add glue to glue trays; change tape and wire.
  • Exercise proper care in the use of tools, equipment, and materials
  • Detect and report faulty equipment, defective material, improper operations, and unusual conditions to supervision.
  • Observe all prescribed safety rules and regulations and maintain the work area in a neat and orderly condition.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Experience and Education

  • High school diploma / GED equivalent


Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs with assistance.


Other Skills/Abilities:

  • Must be self-motivated and self-sufficient and able to follow directions.
  • Must be quality and time conscious.
  • Good work ethic and attendance
  • Numbers & goal-oriented
  • Must be able to work overtime and different shifts.
  • Should have a honest/agreeable/positive attitude
  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
