Job Description:
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll perform routine maintenance, handle repair requests, and ensure all building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) are functioning properly. We value attention to detail, efficiency, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and maintain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Respond to tenant repair requests
• Repair or replace plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Perform general maintenance like painting and drywall repair
• Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance work
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Help move furniture or equipment when needed

Requirements:

• Previous maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Able to lift heavy objects and work on ladders
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and manage time
