Salary Grade: Service Representative I or II or Specialist (depending on level of experience)
Duties: Provides administrative support to the marketing team on day-to-day tasks and marketing activities. This role will involve vendor communication, social media/radio/website ROI tracking and analytics as well as other administrative tasks in the marketing department ensuring smooth operation.
Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail and accuracy, ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively and a basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems, comfortable with basic data entry and reporting tools.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or marketing role, preferably within a marketing, advertising, or PR department.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required.
