Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Maths lessons to students, ensuring their understanding and progress
• Develop lesson plans and teaching materials that align with the curriculum
• Assess and evaluate students' performance, providing constructive feedback
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and any concerns or challenges
• Implement effective classroom management strategies that promote a safe and supportive learning environment
• Stay updated with current educational research and trends to enhance teaching methods and approaches

• Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent in Maths Education
• Proven experience teaching Maths at the primary or secondary level
• Excellent knowledge of the Maths curriculum and teaching methods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Passion for teaching and fostering a love for Maths in students
• Proactive and flexible approach to teaching and learning
