Description

Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a Network IT Support professional to join our corporate office team! This pivotal role is focused on maintaining and enhancing our network infrastructure to ensure optimal system performance. As a member of our IT team, you will install, troubleshoot, and maintain essential network hardware, manage network security protocols, and provide technical support for issues related to internet connectivity, email, software applications, and hardware peripherals. You'll also collaborate with fellow IT staff on larger projects, leveraging your skills to help drive our initiatives.

Work Location: 9400 SW Barnes Rd, Suite 440, Portland, OR 97225

Schedule: FT, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm 

Compensation:   $31.25 - $36.06/hr (DOE)

Additional Compensation: $75 monthly cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement for business related travel.

Requirements

What you will bring as Network IT Support 

  • Associate's degree in information technology or related field required; bachelor's degree preferred. 
  • At least two (2) years of experience in network support or IT technical support required. 
  • A+ and Network+ certifications preferred. 
  • Experience working with Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure AD. 
  • Experience with network security, including firewalls, VPNs, and anti-virus systems. 
  • Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting network hardware and software. 
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP. 
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
