***Please note - This is NOT a remote/telecommute position - Employees will be required to work on-site for all scheduled shifts!***

Summary

This position is responsible for providing nurse practitioner services to patients of AllCare Medical Group and/or AllCare PACE by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties

1. Comprehensive and longitudinal primary care of patients
2. Collaborating with other health care professionals
3. Be a key leader of the team of staff in the clinic providing care
4. Perform the duties of a nurse practitioner in delivering primary care or specialty care (depending on the clinic site)

On Call Responsibilities

This position requires on-call responsibilities. During on call shifts, this role is either waiting to be engaged or in an engaged state. Schedules are provided in varying formats to ensure qualified personnel is available during our business requirements, for each area of responsibility. Required on call times may change throughout the year depending on business needs.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

Job Requirements

• May require the use of personal vehicle for local travel (subject to mileage reimbursement).
• May require the use of a personal cell phone (cell phone stipend applicable).

Education & Experience

• Master's degree (MA) from an accredited College.

Certificates, Licenses, and/or Registrations

• Valid State of Oregon Nurse Practitioner License.
• Valid Oregon State Board of Nursing RN license.
• Valid Oregon DEA license.
• Current (BLS) Basic Life Support Certification or willingness to be certified within 90 days of hire.
