We are one of 45 nonprofit rehab. organizations in nation and offer and offer our clients not only Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Behavior Therapy but also educational programming, research and grant projects related to our fields. Our organization is a leading provider for community programs including research, federally funded programs, hospitals and more. We seek a licensed Occupational Therapist and certified occupational therapy assistants with experience in pediatrics. We are offering a part time and full time positions. Our full time positions include benefits and also inclusion in the loan forgiveness program as we are a charity organization. We also hire consultants if you are seeking 1099 employment. We offer options to work at clinic and hospital settings as well as other nonprofit work.
S/he will provide quality, discipline-specific evaluation and treatment to children with developmental delays, disabilities, autism spectrum disorders (ASD), etc. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate children in perceptual/sensory motor, fine motor and activities of daily living, and will develop and monitor individualized goals and plans according to treatment plan. Also provide discipline-specific consultation/coaching to other direct-care staff and care givers. We have part time and full time positions and offer competative salary options and benefits.
Requirements:
Complete necessary documentation as needed (e.g., daily notes, evaluation reports, medical necessity letters, discharge letters, etc.)
Participate in insurance required peer reviews as needed.
Participate in staff meetings pertaining to programs you serve.
Participate in at least 2 non for profit center events per fiscal year.
