Job Description

Overview:

We are currently seeking two experienced and licensed Commercial Lines Account Managers (CLAM) and Personal Lines Account Managers (PLAM).

Responsibilities:

  • Handle endorsements, renewals, and certificates for commercial and personal lines accounts
  • Manage a book of business with approximately $2M in revenue
  • Collaborate with AMs and Producers to ensure efficient workflow

Qualifications:

  • Required: P&C license
  • Preferred: 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in industry-specific software (to be discussed during follow-up call)

Day-to-day:

The successful candidates will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of accounts, handling renewals, endorsements, and certificates, and collaborating with the AMs and Producers to ensure exceptional service delivery.
